REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR 2009
RACE DATE/TIME:
TIMBERMAN SHORT COURSE TRIATHLON:
Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 7:00 AM. Race starts at Ellacoya State Park, Gilford, NH. Pre-race meeting at 6:45 for the Short Course. No rain date. Race management reserves the right to modify or shorten the race course in the case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, and to accept or reject any entry. No transfers, substitutions, no exceptions. The minimum age to compete is 15. Field is limited to 1200 for the Short Course. There will be Pre-Race registration and Packet pick up on Friday Evening, August 21, from 5-7 PM, during the Carbo Load Gala TimberFEST at Gunstock will also be open, and there will be a first-timer's seminar from 5-6 PM, compliments of Final Kick Sports. Participants may also register and pick up their race packet at Ellacoya on Race Morning, between 5-7 AM. SHORT COURSE ATHLETES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO RACK THEIR BIKES OVERNIGHT. The TimberFEST at Gunstock will be open for everyone on Saturday, following your race. Come on by!
TIMBERMAN IRONMAN 70.3:
Sunday, August 23, 2009 at 7:00 AM. Race starts at Ellacoya State Park, Gilford, NH. There will be Pre-Race registration and Packet pick up on Friday Evening, August 21, from 5-7 PM, during the Expo/Carbo Load Gala and on Saturday, August 22 during TimberFEST at Gunstock Mountain Resort, Gilford, NH from 1-6 PM. Bikes must be racked at the race site transition area on Saturday, August 22, between 2-6:30 PM. Professional Security will be watching over your bikes. No race day registration and packet pick up, unless prior arrangements are made with Race Director, Keith Jordan (keith@timbermantri.com or 603 293 8353). Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED AT ELLACOYA.
Entry Fees (US Dollars Only):
IRONMAN 70.3:
$230.00 (if post-marked after June 1, 2009: $250.00) for USAT Members
$240.00 for non-USAT members (includes a 1 day license)
Relay teams: $280.00 (if post-marked after June 1, 2009: $290.00)
All relay members must add $10 per member for USAT insurance.
Each relay member must complete a single form and mail all forms as a packet.
Any non-USAT relay members must add $10 per member.
There are no entry transfers or substitutions. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHORT COURSE:
$75.00 (if post-marked after June 1, 2009: $80.00) for USAT Members
$85.00 for non-USAT members (includes a 1 day license)

AQUABIKE:
The TimberMan Ironman 70.3 will be offering the AquaBike Division once again for 2009. The Aquabike Series was a pilot program for 2005 in which athletes competed in the swim and the bike portions of a half or ultra distance triathlon, but not do the run.

REFUND POLICY: A partial refund will be made of $30 for the short course and $130 for the Ironman 70.3, if requested, in writing, on or before July 10, 2009. After this date, no refunds, no exceptions. NO ENTRY TRANSFERS ALLOWED. (Contact Claire@endorfunsports.com for further information.)
RACE CONFIRMATION: Your cancelled check will serve as initial proof of race
entry. Please carefully indicate your e-mail address on the application. A
confirmation card/letter with travel directions, hotels, and course maps
will be sent or e-mailed if you include your e-mail address. ALL race
entries confirmed daily at www.Lin-mark.com.

ATHLETES FOR ANIMALS PROGRAM:  The Athletes for Animals Program has raised funds for the New Hampshire Humane Society in the past, and this year we hope to make it even more successful by introducing the "10 for 10" program. All you have to do is get 10 friends and family members to donate $10 each (hence the "10 for 10" program). We know you’re busy, so we’ve made it easy… all you have to do is go to www.firstgiving.com/nhhs and create your own personalized NHHS fundraising page. Then e-mail the link to 10 (or more) friends and family members asking them to donate $10 (or more) online via credit card – that’s $100 that will go directly and securely to New Hampshire Humane Society.
