TimberVILLAGE:

Once you visit Gunstock Mountain Resort, you’ll know where TimberMan gets it’s name. Just 5 minutes from Ellacoya, come stay with all of your fellow athletes in the beautiful mountain setting of Gunstock Mountain Resort. Soak up all of the energy and get ready to race! The place to be, camp alongside Timbermen and women, and enjoy all that’s good about New Hampshire. You’ll be within a stone’s throw of the Gunstock TimberFEST and TimberLODGE, registration, the Carb Load dinners, exhibits and seminars, liv entertainment, and the post-race Lobster boil and Clambake. Also available: kayaking, mountain biking on Gunstock’s miles of trails, horseback riding, miniature golf, an in-ground pool, paddleboats, skate park, and much more. TimberFEST:

Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday Evening, August 21-23, 2009. The weekend long Festival will kick off Friday evening with a special Triathlon Champions Dinner featuring some of the top triathletes in the world They’ll take your questions, and sign autographs. This is a great chance to mix and mingle with triathlon's greats. Dinner will be from 6-8 PM in the heart of the TimberVILLAGE, Gunstock Mountain Resort. Get a head start on carbo loading! Tickets are $23 and must be pre-ordered. Seating is limited! If available, tickets will be $25 at the door. Saturday morning we are offering a fantastic all you can eat breakfast buffet at Gunstock for $13.00 per person. Gunstock TimberFEST will continue Saturday 12-6 pm at Gunstock. FINAL KICK SPORTS will be available for wetsuit demo-ing and rental, and all the neccessary tri gear and advice. FINAL KICK SPORTS, MC CYCLE, and MAVIC will be on hand for bike inspections and expert tuneups. There will be vendors, food, massage, first-timer's seminar presented by FINAL KICK SPORTS, clinics, and other great programs

    TimberPARTY:

    Following your race, be sure to come and kick back at the Gunstock TimberPARTY, featuring a fantastic New England Clam Bake- Lobster boil, and BBQ, bonfire, live entertainment, fireside s'mores, and other happenings. Oh yeah, there might even be some Coors Light beer laying around...This will be the finale to the 2009 TimberWeekend, don't miss it!!! THIS SPECIAL EVENT IS SUNDAY EVENING, at 6:00 PM.     TIMBER CAMP @ GUNSTOCK MOUNTAIN RESORT 2009

    Not ready or old enough for the Timberman triathlon? Come enjoy the next best thing, a great day at Gunstock's TIMBER CAMP! (Ages 3 - 5, 6 - 8, 9 - 10, 11 - 13)

    SUNDAY AUGUST 23, 2009

    Early drop off, breakfast, lunch and snacks are all included in this "multi sport" day. A fun-filled day at TIMBER CAMP will start with a quiet time for the early arrivals (5:30AM - 7:30AM), breakfast from 7:30 AM - 8AM, and a pre-camp meeting from 8:15AM - 9:00AM with activities to get everyone acquainted.

    Camp activities start at 9AM when campers will have the opportunity to participate in some or all of the following activities (alternate activities for younger campers ages 3-5):

  • Skate park sessions
  • Mountain biking
  • Mini Golf
  • Paddle boats & kayaks
  • Pool swim
  • Climbing Wall
  • Special activity to celebrate the success of the triathletes

    To close out the day all campers will be able to win prizes in everyone's favorite EXTREME WATER BALLOON TOSS…WINGER from 3:00 - 4:00
    Campers will be picked up at 4:00PM

  • Cost – $90 per day – ($30 non-refundable deposit required upon registration)
  • Mountain bike rentals (limited availability) - $5 per day
  • Non potty trained campers should bring: Diapers, Swim diapers & wipes
  • Campers should bring the following: Towel, Hat, Bug spray, sunscreen, skate equipment (limited rentals available), mountain bike (limited rentals available), helmet, bathing suit.
