The Longhorn Ironman 70.3 Austin is an official qualifier for the 2010 Ironman World Championship 70.3. We will offer 50 slots.

TEXAS TRI SERIES
Longhorn Ironman 70.3 Austin is proud to be a part of the Texas Tri Series! The Texas Tri Series consists of a full season of fun and challenging triathlon events in the Austin and central Texas region. Participation in each event will be tracked throughout the season. Individuals will be given credit for completing an event, or volunteering at an event. In addition, cumulative time will be tracked for fun. A season ending party will close out the series and participants who complete the entire series will be presented with awards. For more info, go to www.texastriseries.com.
SPECIAL AWARDS:
- Top 3 male/females overall.
- Top 3 M/F all 5-yr age groups.
- Top Clydesdales (200+ lbs) and Athenas(women 150+ lbs).
- Relay: top all male/all female/mixed.
- Awards also presented to the top male and female Master's finishers (40 + years).
Categories include:
16 – 19, 20 – 24, 25 – 29, 30 – 34, 35 – 39,40 – 44, 45 – 49, 50 – 54, 55 – 59, 60 – 64,
65 – 69, 70 – 74, 75 – 79, 80 & over.
In addition to our age group awards, Longhorn Ironman 70.3 Austin will offer a $25,000.00 prize purse.

All Finishers will receive a great medal, 22 ounce Longhorn Finisher's waterbottle, and a Longhorn towel.
