Grab your Glow Stick, and follow the fireflies on this 3.1 mile journey in the beautiful clean mountain air, with views of 4000 foot mountain peaks, the Mad River, and more than 771,000acres of White Mountain National Forest. Join us for a full weekend of family fun. Hang out in Town Square, visit the shops and restaurants, listen to the music,and don’t miss the fireworks on Saturday evening, after you cross the finish line!!

Directions to the Race

1 hydration station will be located on the course, plus the start and finish. Gatorade Endurance, water will be available to keep you well hydrated and fueled. There will also be a fresh fruit station on course, and other assorted treats. Bandaids and vaseline will also be available.

To provide the guiding light, we’ll be handing out glow necklaces to all of you prior to the race start. Wear ‘em proudly, and have them light the way!

The finish line beckons, you’ve grabbed your sparkler as you cross the finish line. Fast or slow, it’s time to live easy….We’ll have water, Gatorade, candy, fruit, and a bunch of other recovery stuff for you. Then, get ready for Paul Warnick rockin’ the bandstand, and the fireworks presentation.

All of Waterville Valley is a biergarten for you! When you cross the finish line, make sure you pick up your Beer Buck for a complimentary Coors Light beer at the various restaurants and lounges in town!

Friday and Saturday night Bash, Pre-race Festival and expo, custom multi-color tech t-shirt, the best goody bags, custom awards, participants' raffle, great giveaways, complimentary post-race beer, complimentary post-race massage from VITAL KNEADS. Right on the beach at Corcoran's Pond, be sure to head over to the bonfire, listen to some music, and grab some s'mores!

Come by the the Inspiration Station, grab a cowbell, and make a sign for your favorite runner!

Are you part of a team or club participating? We will host a team tailgating area near transition. This is your chance to have a gathering spot for your team and to cheer on athletes. Rubber Ducky, you're the one, you make bath time so much fun! Be sure to place your bets on your duck, or purchase multiple DUCK BUCKS, to benefit Make A Wish of NH. The first annual Make A Wish Rubber Ducky Race will take place Saturday afternoon, at Town Square. We'll send the ducks down the raging whitewater. The first duck across the finish line wins! If your DUCK BUCK number matches the number on your duck, you win! The winner will win a tri bike, and a bunch of other great schwag, to be announced shortly. All of the proceeds go directly to the Make A Wish of New Hampshire. DUCK BUCKS may be purchased online with your entry or at the Make A Wish Booth at the Black Fly Village.

Whether you're from New Hampshire or Timbuktu, your family will be able to watch you live on race day! Tune in to our Tel-E-Vision to watch live race coverage of FireFly 5K. If you can't bring the family with you, be sure to tell them to tune in.
